Licensed Real Estate Agent and Property Manager since 1980’s.A member of the Property Management Chapter REI NSW, Leah combines her responsibilities as a Director with managing the day to day operations. Leah personally handles new managements and works directly with the Property Managers in caring for clients properties. Her extensive experience at all levels in property management enables her to guide staff and provide valuable advice to clients.
What have you done prior to LJPM?
Before LJPM Leah worked for an inner city agency as their Property Manager. Prior to that was a varied background, including a legal office and retail.
What are your hobbies and interests?
Away from the business, Leah spends as much time with her two teenage children as possible. She enjoys a good book and a good red. |

What is your role – what do you do?
Have worked as a Senior Property Manager for LJPM since then and lately it’s been in the role as Leasing Consultant, after returning from maternity leave for the second time.
What have you done prior to LJPM?
Worked alongside Leah previously in Property Management and have been in the industry since the mid 80’s.
What are your hobbies and interests?
Spending time with my 2 children, Ethan & Amelia; shopping and walking. |

What is your role – what do you do?
I am a commercial property manager, responsible for leasing & managing industrial, retail & commercial property from Newcastle to Maitland. These properties range from sole trader takeaways to shopping centres, office blocks & industrial sheds.
What have you done prior to LJPM?
I previously worked for a Maitland agent in residential property management & prior to that at an accountant. The opportunity to work with commercial property attracted me to LJPM.
What are your hobbies and interests?
Away from work I enjoy netball, travelling & of course shopping. |

What is your role – what do you do?
I answer all incoming calls, help people who come into the office, type leases and managing agency agreements, send letters, maintain the key book, receipt tenant monies, and complete the daily mail and banking.
What have you done prior to LJPM?
I finished my HSC in 2006. This is my first real job, I worked part time during school and TAFE. I have never worked in the real estate industry before so I am learning something new everyday.
What are your hobbies and interests?
I enjoy making constructive use of my free time, socialising with people, bargain shopping, laughing and reaching goals that I set for myself. |

What is your role – what do you do
Senior Property Manager - now stepped back from full time to part-time 3 days per week and assist other property managers, fill in roles at other offices when required - "floater" (and loving it)
What have you done prior to LJPM?
20 years in Real Estate working in all areas - 10 years as secretarial support to commercial sales and property management, strata management, sales department and residential property management. Then 10 years specialising in property management, overseeing department and generating new business. Previous jobs were secretarial, based in the insurance industry and geotechnical engineering.
What are your hobbies and interests?
My marriage, 2 children - son and daughter, 2 grand children (2 boys), play tennis, enjoy travel, and a glass of "white wine" |

I am the first point of contact when clients come into the office. I answer the phones, receipt tenant monies, maintain the key register and assist the Property Managers when needed.

I have been a receptionist for 2 other real estates and an air conditioning company.
What are your hobbies and interests?
I enjoy Ballroom and Latin American dancing and reading. |

Senior Property Manager – At our East Maitland office, I have my own portfolio of properties throughout the Maitland area, handle all new managements, processing of applications & I also oversee the day to day running of the office.

I have worked in real estate for over 15 years across the region, including Newcastle, Beresfield and Warners Bay.
What are your hobbies and interests?
Away from I enjoy horse riding and looking after my many pets. |

I am a Property Manager at the Hamilton Office, managing a large portfolio. I also assist Leah with new management appraisals when required.
What have you done prior to LJPM?
I have been a Property Manager since 2003 but started as a receptionist in a busy Newcastle office for 1 1/2 years before that. Prior to real estate, I worked mainly in the hospitality industry including 18 months on Hayman Island.
What are your hobbies and interests?
Away from work I enjoy spending time with family and friends, and walking my 3 husky dogs. |

What is your role – what do you do?
Property Manager at Warners Bay – assist the property manager generally as needed, process tenant repairs and requests, show prospective tenants through our properties, routine inspections and anything else that Rebecca sends my way.
What have you done prior to LJPM?
I did a Bachelor of Business at University and had a great time there for 4 years. I worked in marketing for a year before moving to the UK where I travelled and was a nanny. I also had a small role as a Utilities Manager for a small property management firm in UK. Returned to Australia, did my Real Estate Diploma, before starting at LJPM

What is your role – what do you do?
I answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member, check rental application references, type condition reports, generate rental arrears letters, book property inspections and relieve reception when needed.
What have you done prior to LJPM?
I worked in a local Real Estate part time before moving on to a small financial planning firm. After working in financial planning for 2 years I desired a career in Real Estate.
What are your hobbies and interests?
I like to hanging out with friends, reading, listening to my ipod, shopping, walking, eating out, watching dvd's and spending time with my partner. |

What is your role – what do you do?
Communicate and liaise all property related matters between tenants and owners. This includes repairs and maintenance, routine inspections and application processing.

I was a Property Manager in the Hunter Valley. Prior to that I worked in the Aviation Industry for 11 years.
What are your hobbies and interests?
Boating on the lake, walking our puppy and refilling holes in our backyard from our naughty puppy. |

What is your role – what do you do?
Administration Assistant – my role involves a lot of word processing i.e. letters to both tenants and owners and drawing up lease agreements; processing rent payments, paying accounts and assisting with mid and end of month processing. I also spent some time on reception when I first started – mainly Saturdays.
What have you done prior to LJPM?
This is my first full time job but I had previously worked part-time in my mother’s home office. After completing the HSC in 2004 I took a short break before I started job-hunting.
What are your hobbies and interests?
Music!!! I love going to concerts, the movies and just spending time with friends and family. |

What is your role – what do you do?
I began on reception as the ‘welcoming face’, after 1 ½ - 2 yrs moved to Admin Assistant before fast tracking into the driver’s seat of Admin Manager. As Admin Manager I run “behind the scenes” with 2 assistants, look after payments of accounts, owner disbursements, advertising, and stationery etc.

After finishing school I took a year off and worked in the fast food industry while saving for future overseas trips.

What is your role – what do you do?
Senior Property Manager at the Warners Bay office – this encompasses the management of the Warners Bay office and the direct involvement with all properties. I work closely with the landlords as well as new managements, end of tenancies, routine inspections and all the in between things. At the Warners Bay office we have two other staff members to assist with all aspects of property management.
What have you done prior to LJPM?
I first began in real estate in the early 1990’s as a receptionist and moved into property management. I have been working directly in property management since 1996. I enjoy what I do and find most days present all sorts of challenges, which allow for professional and personal growth.
What are your hobbies and interests?
Away from work I mostly enjoy relaxing around home with my husband and 2 beautiful boys. I also enjoy playing netball, spending time on the lake, reading a good book and drinking the odd glass of wine. |

I manage a portfolio of properties. Day to day my role includes orgainising repairs, monitoring rent & water arrears, completion of routine inspection reports,ingoing & outgoing condition reports & property application checks.

After leaving school I completed Certificate IV in Real Estate. I then started a traineeship in the industry & since then have had around 4 years experience.
What are your hobbies and interests?
I have just purchased a home so am enjoying decorating at the moment. I also enjoy shopping, eating out, listening to music & having a quiet drink with my partner. |

Since completing my HSC in 2002 and stepping straight into a Real Estate career, I have been employed as a Property Officer in Raymond Terrace, Newcastle & Nelson Bay. In 2005, I took a short break away from industry to become a Mortgage Broker.
What are your hobbies and interests?
Away from work I enjoy spending time with my boyfriend & our family/friends. I also have a keen interest in netball, watching movies, scrap booking & painting. |

What is your role – what do you do?
I am employed at LJPM as a Property Officer on a part time basis. I assist the Property Managers with their day to day duties including routine inspections, ingoing/outgoing inspections, arranging repairs and assisting in the office.
What have you done prior to LJPM?
I have been working in Property Management for the last 8 years at various agencies in Newcastle and Lake Macquarie.
What are your hobbies and interests?
I’ve recently had a baby – so don’t have time to myself anymore!!!!
But when I get a chance I enjoy going to the gym, bush walking and lying on the beach reading a good book or having friends round for a BBQ.

Worked for a family owned real estate in Dubbo for three years in reception then moved to Newcastle where I worked for Bluetongue Brewery for three years as a Personal Assistant/accounts and reception. Also played state representative hockey on four occasions for NSW.

What is your role – what do you do?
My role is broad and varied. I am Leah’s PA/Property Manager which involves assisting Leah manage her portfolio of properties. These duties include routine inspections, checking tenancy applications, meetings with new owner/clients and marketing the properties, repairs and maintenance, ingoing and outgoing inspections, showing properties, communicating with tenants and owners, and doing any other tasks that Leah needs assistance with. My broader role also includes downloading and editing digital photos for the internet and advertising for the Herald.

Completed my HSC in 1997, and have worked in the real estate industry ever since, including sales administration and property management.
What are your hobbies and interests?
