This is a statewide award, and as the title suggests, it recognises excellence in our industry. However, while the award reflects the high standard of our services, we view the process as ongoing. Our attitude is that absolute excellence is a moving target.

This means we are always reviewing and raising the benchmark for our service to clients. There's no real secret to our success, it involves a total commitment across all areas of our business.

It begins with our effort to fully appreciate the individual needs of our clients. Critical to achieving excellence is ensuring we recruit the right people. There are no shortcuts taken in this regard, just as there are none taken in selecting the right tenant for each property. It also means having a complete, up to the minute understanding of the law, and how it is actually applied in practice. It is about attention to detail, realising that each function, even the seemingly minor, is equally important in the overall operation. In fact, it's often the unseen that is critical! We liken it to synchronised swimming! For one, teamwork is critical. And it's one thing to look good and show smiling faces but the hard work is all happening under the water.
