Our property managers average 10 years experience in property management. All are REI Accredited and receive regular ongoing training to retain their accreditation. |

All staff regularly attend seminars and selected training courses to develop and enhance specific skills, not only directly related to property management but also to other critical areas such as customer service, marketing, administration, IT, conflict resolution, negotiation and such like. |

We place enormous importance on the people charged with delivering the service to our clients, from receptionist to property managers, and administration support. That follows through also to those who carry out work for us, including tradespeople. |
