From first instructions we establish your objectives and then through regular follow up, we reassess those objectives in relation to each property, and your overall portfolio. | We know that the reasons clients use our services, vary considerably. However experience tells us that as a property owner, your aims include the following: |

'peace of mind' - you want to leave the day to day management of your property to us, so that you can get on with other matters. The level of involvement varies from client to client, but all want to feel confident, as they attend to other business, that their interests are being looked after.
'security' - you want your asset protected. For some property owners, it's an investment. For others it's even more. It might be the family home they're leaving for a period. Either way, you want the asset to be 'looked after'.

'minimising risks' - owning a property and having it tenanted carries risk. Some of that risk is obvious, but more worrying is the hidden or unknown. There is legislation and numerous regulations that must be adhered to. There is a potential legal minefield, daunting for the experienced, let alone the novice. You don't eliminate it but you certainly minimise all aspects of risk by using LJPM.
'having a middle person' - many property owners really appreciate having a middle person to deal with the tenants, tradespeople and the like. When it's time to increase the rent, chase the arrears, conduct inspections, negotiate on repairs and other demands, it is considerably more comfortable having ' that person in the middle'. However, it cannot be just anyone. It must be people who completely understand the rights and obligations of all parties.
